Sweet berry fruit cocktail for children

Kids love layered cocktail made from blended fruit and berries.
Grind in a blender with ½ banana in the bottom of the glass, put a second layer of chopped strawberries, then kiwi and raspberries. You can also add honey.
This cocktail not only looks and tastes good, is also great for children and ensures they get the necessary dose of vitamins.


 

Invigorating mix of roots and vegetables

As well as fruit and berry cocktail it can be made in layers.
Grind in a blender avocado, add a little lemon juice. Then chop the celery, the last add chopped cucumber.
Decorate cocktail with basil leaves and other herbs.
This cocktail will give not only cheerfulness, but also ideal for those who want to moisturize the skin and withdraw the excess liquid.
